HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!
this chinese new year, like liyuan said is really like a bonding session for all the cousins and aunties and uncles. on sunday, had reunion dinner at uncle kim hwa's new house. it's freaking nice can!?! have a swimming pool somemore. and xuan wen, liyuan,weekee,sergin and me was like sitting around the small table and really just laughing and joking around while eating. haha will upload pics later
and i tried to teach them om jiji and they kinda played awhile and said it was too confusing -.-
i got it kay?!?! haha anyway then we played murderer(the one that you have to hold hands), the tapping hands game (criss-cross your hands with the person next to you), and the real murderer, xi niu nai and truth or dare. hahaha! it's really fun this year, but not really in the cny mood. cny mood (to me) = lookign forward to cny
anw, it was fun and i reached home at 11.50 and and slept soon after until 10.15. then mummy came barging in and waking me and jonathan up..
then went to mama and ah gong's house (grandma and grandpa). claire and faith were already there. and i so totally love claire's cheongsam. i'm so gonna get one next year! it's a must
and then went to da bo's house. we were the first leh! even though we were already so late! yay! and then walked around awhile and the others came. we really slacked around for very very very very long before leaving for the next house. hehe and xuan wen and liyuan sat our car and we were watching 'xiao niang re' and they said they felt dizzy after that -.-
after that we went on and i was in their car this time. and me and liyuan were like 'the next house is very crammed and very hot' and liyuan said this ! "i have wet wipes and oil blotter' and me and xuan wen looked at her and 'you're so tai-tai leh'
and then we tried to describe to xuan wen the next house we would be visiting and it was super duper hilarious! :D
at the next house, we totally got so many angpaos and we tried to look at the solar eclipse haha and after a while, me and liyuan thought we saw it and we were like 'there there! the sun kenna block already!' and the rest were like 'no! it's just the clouds! must be you stare too long at the sun and your eye spoil already so it looks like it's getting darker!' *laughing*

butwe didnt have time for the last one, aunty peggy's house.
anw, we went to su li's house and we played the game high school musical. haha and everything liyuan drew required her to dance. spontaneous i must say! haha and then it was my turn so the person on my left, liyuan had to pick a card for me and it says "with the person on your left, do a tango." and liyuan gave that diao look. we did it anw
and the next round, she picked again and it says "with the person on your left, do a disco dance" hahaha and we were all laughing so hard.
she had to dance with me and she wont get rewarded for it
HAHAH!
later on, all the cousins, uncles and aunties played bingo together.
bonding ehh! hahaha
and we i learnt mahjong man!
and the cousins played all the way till 4.45 and then we all went back..

and today, went to gu ma's house. and got alot alot alot of angbaos XD
and then went to isaac kang's house. met bridgitte and david first and they were both late! -.- i felt so accomplised. i was like near vjc but i still reached earlier than them. what is this?!?!
and we got on the bus and missed the stop and had to walk back -_-!!
but it was okay lah.. i was so sleepy i just fell asleep on the couch when the guys were out..

today's cny eve(:
not really in the chinese new year mood this year. haha just doesnt seem like it's coming up
anws, had service at indoor stadium yesteday. was kinda busy. had chinese remedial yesterday but mr sim was talking rubbish most of the time. he was like "telling our fortune" but touching our hands and looking at our faces. he can be really nice at times but when he scolds and decides your future for you, it really sucks man!
yea then had to wait one hour for ss test. what's the point!? i fell asleep for about half an hour..
ss test was okay lah. hope i got all the main points and answered in correctly, paragraphings and stuff
yea then had to stay back awhile more and then rushed home to bathe and change and rushed to indoor stadium. leisure park to be exact

i was so late that i met radical.. infact i was later than them. and when i reached, ls already finished eating but not many people were there.. yeap i thought i was super duper late and actually i was, but the main point is, there were people later than me. okayy i know this is like frigging lame. LOL
anyway, service was alright and for the song 'for all you've done', everyone around me was jumping and the whole platform was shaking and i turned to valerie and we just smiled and giggled. HAHA felt like earthquake.

they had this tremor-lator and me and michelle went up and i was like "can we have magnitude 2?' coz we were really scared and it started shaking and we were laughing at each other.
we thought that it would shake more and more violently and then the guy just said 'okay you can come down now'
me and michelle were like HUH?!?! this is it? -_-!!
but we were still laughing like crazy after we came down

i'm no longer a higher mother tongue student :/ sad lah duh..took hcl since p5 but firstly, i still believe that God has a better plan for me. secondly, it might be a blessing in disguise and thirdly it will really build me up and fourthly, it will work out well for the plan he has.
thinking of dropping to combined science and focus also. would be easier to score an a1. and mummy and coach lily said that it's better to get an a1 then 2 b3s or 4s..
yep so i think i'll just do that. of course i feel really sad coz i really like combi c alot and has been my dream since sec1 and hcl is really the last lap already. this is the 6th year and i wont have to take chinese in jc anymore.. now i;ll have to focus on my cca. must get that 2 points..
really lah, yesterday was crazily bad..like really.
those that went out with me should know how i reacted but i must still say that God is good, giving me so many close friends like michelle, alicia, cheryl, shuqing, mal, gh, bridgette, kezia, amanda, meishi, matthew and david who really really cheered me up yesterday.
yeap good friends are hard to find and kingdom friends are even harder to find!
i'll still study for my retest and leave the rest to God. i mean, if really have to drop, i'll just accept it graciously and really watch how the results are coming..

haha i was leaning on my table and writing stuffs on my post-it and michelle was also doing the same..and my sim was saying in chinese that we wont get any break-throughs this year and michelle just turned away from him and said 'i reject it in jesus name' and we both said amen..haha !
but i didnt realize that mr sim was talking about us until like 3 seconds later so i sat up and just stared and mr sim..and know what, his button came out and he was just talking about girls' dressing. haha and we were like should we say and stuff
and in the end vanessa told him..actually mr sim is not bad, quite funny but idiotic when he starts 'prophesying' our future when it's not in his hands!yep
but amen to having days like heaven upon the earth (:
so far this week has been good
oh and i forgot to bring janice lim's file and thank God she didnt ask for it..she was so engrossed in talking about her vietnam trip. so means we didnt have our history lessons :D
